About Me

Bronagh is a Freelance Writer, Journalist, Editor & Content Creator. She specialises in mental health and environmental communications, two areas she is very passionate about. Bronagh has worked with many organisations including The Irish Times, The Useless Project, The Planet Calls, Business Spirit Platform, Tru, ORH Marketing and more. She writes mental health columns for the Irish Times and one of them was shortlisted for Headline’s Special Recognition Award for a person with lived experience of mental health who shares their journey to help others. In addition, Bronagh has been on RTE Radio, LMFM and KFM radio speaking about her Irish Times articles in more depth.

She has 4+ years of experience writing impactful and engaging content and has recently expanded her offering to include editing and content creation. Bronagh is the Executive Editor of The Planet Calls. She also produces and co-hosts her own podcast with her friend Ugne called Different Perspectives, where she speaks to people from all walks of life and enables them to tell their stories. She also produces, hosts and edits the What About Us podcast. What About Us is a live stage musical and movement that addresses many of this generation’s societal issues including climate change, increasing armed conflicts and refugees forced to leave their home due to war or persecution. Bronagh has also worked as a freelance communications officer and this has provided her with experience in public relations, social media and website copywriting.
